LIVING WREATHS

Living wreaths are a very new idea in this country. The most common misconception people make is because it is called a 'wreath' it is made from cut flowers and foliage. It is not until they see them up close they realise these vertical hanging gardens comprise of a deep handmade copper frame, lined with moss and filled with specially mixed soils. Allowing them to be planted up with all manner of plants, many of which, with a little care, can be enjoyed for many years

The idea of The Little Hanging Garden Company is for people to be able to bring instant colour and interest to areas that are normally forgotten or difficult to plant - a shady wall, a bare fence, a balcony that you can't plant on. It is also becoming very popular to hang living wreaths on your front door to celebrate festive seasons - Easter, Halloween, Christmas and with a living wreath they will easily last the whole of the holiday period and beyond

We use many perennial, evergreen plants in our designs, ensuring longevity and continual all year colour. Living wreaths will become even more beautiful as the plants mature

Our moss lined living wreaths are made to order, so please allow 2 weeks before dispatch. We do hold a very small number in stock, so please get in touch for availability. Go to our contact page and email for more details
