Kokedama's make perfect 'little hanging gardens'

Kokedama's originated from Japan and are often called Japanese moss balls. They are made by placing a plant's roots in a ball of specially mixed soil, covered in soft green moss and then tightly wound with string. They are normally hung but look equally attractive placed on a decorative plate or bowl

We have taken this traditional idea and brought it into the 21st century by filling them with everyday indoor and outdoor plants. Making them a contemporary alternative to the hanging basket and ideal for small gardens and balconies.  We have even planted them up with strawberries, herbs and hanging chilli peppers for an edible alternative

Below is a small selection of the kokedama we produce throughout the year and we are happy to discuss any planting ideas that you may have. Prices vary between £14.50 - £30 depending on the plants used, All kokedama can be delivered nationwide, please contact us for delivery charges
