Kokedamas originated from Japan and are often called Japanese moss balls. We place a carefully selected plant (or plants) in our special soil mix, cover the rootball with soft moss, then tightly bind it with waxed string They are normally hung but look equally attractive placed on a decorative plate or bowl

We have taken this traditional idea and brought it into the 21st century by filling them with everyday indoor and outdoor plants. Making them a contemporary alternative to the hanging basket and ideal for small gardens and balconies.

Water your kokedama by dunking in a bucket or bowl of water. After watering the kokedama can be quite heavy so please bear this in mind when choosing a spot to hang them from. Full care instructions will be sent with your order
